Western Alfalfa & Forage Symposium
Every other year, the Western Alfalfa & Forage Symposium is held to bring together researchers, Extension personnel, farmers, and vendors from all around the western US. The Cooperative Extension Services of AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY sponsor the symposium. This large event includes many educational sessions for the different classes of forages grown in western states. Field tours and pre-conference workshops are included in the program as well. The 2023 symposium will be held in Sparks, NV, December 12-14, 2023.
